PROVEN is a powerful oven cleaner formulated to remove " baked-on " soils, carbon and grease that are commonly found in kitchen ovens. PROVEN combines all the safety features such as non spattering, quick action which is essential in a product representing one of its kind. Besides that PROVEN also suitable used as a degreaser in removing grease, oil and carbon stain from hard surface such as industrial floor, etc. It is a high performance general degreaser for used in institutional and food industries.

Will cleaned baked on grease, carbon and all kind of oily soils that are commonly found in oven grills and fryers. PROVEN combines a synergistic rate of alkalinity with detergency which ensures rapid penetration, saponification and emulsification of fats and grease.

Direction for use:
Clear all exposed electrical connections and temperature recorders. Spray PROVEN on to the warm surfaces 35-40 deg C. Allow PROVEN to attack soil for about 10 minutes. Removes all residues, rinse out surface using a diluted mixture of water with vinegar. Sponge rinse to remove all fat residues. All clean items should be lighted covered with vegetable oil before using.
For tough work, use concentrated. With other jobs, such as cleaning of floors, machinery parts or others oily and greasy surface, PROVEN can be used at dilution of 1:1 to 1:25 parts of water depending on soil condition. Store PROVEN in a cool environment. For PVC and other plastic surface, dilute PROVEN at 1 to 35 parts of water.
Caution:
Wear gloves is recommended when handling concentrated PROVEN as this product is highly alkaline and corrosive. Avoid aluminium surfaces.
